Michael Powell has extensive property market experience, with nearly 20 years of experience, and has been managing director of Powell Property Estate Agents since its establishment in 2006.
Michael Powell specialises in working on large portfolio management of properties for high-net-worth individuals and frequently works with investors on establishing projected gross to net returns on potential investments. He also works closely with clients on the acquisition of assets, acquiring properties for investors and overseeing all aspects of the negotiations. He has also restructured some of the largest residential receiverships in Munster and provided first-class financial reporting and advice to some of the largest accountancy practices in the country. Additionally, Michael can offer his clients expert knowledge in running costs associated with residential blocks.
Property is something Michael sees as a hobby; he has a passion for property development and identifying opportunities where assets are under-rented and under-valued, then overseeing project management of renovations to maximise their potential. He will work with the client firstly on the design of a building and the pre-planning, including reviewing floor plans and recommending changes, if needed. This is a regular consultancy service he provides, from minor upgrading to full renovation of a property.
