About the Role:
Property Maintenance Technician

Purpose of the Role:
To ensure Powell Property’s portfolio of properties is maintained to a high standard through efficient, reliable, and professional maintenance services.
The role works closely with the in-office maintenance administration team to respond promptly to reported issues, minimise disruption for tenants and landlords, and protect the long-term quality and value of managed properties across Cork City and surrounding areas.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the maintenance administration team to schedule and address maintenance requests quickly and efficiently.

Use our in-house software (training provided) to manage job allocations and accurately record job completions.

Conduct general property maintenance tasks, including painting and decorating, locksmith work, property snagging, refurbishment, plumbing, tiling, and carpentry.

Uphold exceptional property standards, consistently meeting or exceeding client expectations.

Operate effectively in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements:

Proven experience in property maintenance is highly desirable.

Specific skills in plumbing, tiling, and carpentry are strongly preferred.

Ability to work proactively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills.

Full, clean driving license is required.
