Our Full-Management Service Includes:
​All aspects of the let-only service, plus:

Initial registration and annual renewal of the tenancy with the Residential Tenancies Board

Biannual property inspections with provision of digital reports including video and photographs

24/7 access to all regulatory files and streamlined financial reports through online client portal

Investigation, action and resolution of maintenance issues with full traceability and diligent cost monitoring
Full Management Service
Let-Only Service
Our Let-Only Service Includes:

Initial inspection and assessment of the property

Advertising the property through various platforms including daft.ie, powellproperty.ie, office signage, and print

Flexible scheduling for viewings, including evenings and weekends

Thoroughly vetting prospective tenants

Lease preparation and execution
-
Arranging all aspects of the move-in and actioning utility transfer to the new tenants
Change of Agents Service
When we take over management of a property, our agents will:

Make initial contact with the tenant(s) to advise them of the change in management; gather their details; provide them with a tenant information pack and rent payment details

Perform a thorough inspection to assess the current condition and regulatory adherence of the property, documented in a digital report including pictures and video

Provide a digital report of the inspection (including pictures and video) and identify any works needed or recommended

Prepare an annual schedule for routine/regulatory maintenance
Once fully on-boarded, management continues as with our Full-Management Service
