E-mail info@powellproperty.ie for instructions on how to pay the 400.00 booking deposit. After 18/08/11, this becomes your security deposit which will be held until you leave, and refunded pending an inspection, return of keys, etc. If you cancel on or before 18/08/11, your deposit will be returned to you LESS 100.00 administration fee.

Rental payments more than 7 days late incur a late rent penalty of 100.00. Returned direct debits or incorrect references incur a penalty of 50.00 per occurrence.A standing order/DD mandate will be provided for your convenience.

| To secure your booking a deposit of 400 is payable. A deposit against utility charges (electricity, refuse & TV license) in the amount of 450 is payable. Pay in one installment: 2,600, pay in two installments: 1,340. Monthly payment incurs a once off administration fee of 35 (due with first payment) and 10 monthly payments of 322.20 payable in advance on the 28th of each month |
